Subsidies
We can help you in applying for subsidies and grants within the Suruga region.
1Shizuoka City Subsidy for Domestic National Events and Meetings
Events and meetings are eligible for up to 3,000,000 JPY if they meet the following two criteria:
1. Participants are staying in lodging in Shizuoka City
2. The total amount of nights that are stayed at a hotel by participants is over 50 nights.
2International Meeting or Event Subsidy
Events and meetings in the Suruga region are eligible for up to 1,000,000 JPY if they meet the following three criteria:
1. 20 or more participants come from abroad (excluding foreign residents of Japan)
2. 50 or more participants overall
3. 3 or more countries (including Japan) are participating
3Shuttle Bus Subsidy
Events and meetings in the Suruga region are eligible for up to 300,000 JPY if they meet the following two criteria:
1. Event lasts longer than two days
2. 100 or more participants overall

Bring locals in to your meeting or event to run an information desk where they will introduce the best of the Suruga region.
